I have really enjoyed how collaborative everyone has been from the beginning. They are open to new ideas, and everyone in the company is encouraged to share their thoughts or start new initiatives.

Everyone is open to feedback, and very good at working in a remote environment, which means that communication is really good.

I get excited about collaborating with colleagues to solve problems. We have a lot of flexibility and are able to get creative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Emphasis on transparency from leadership, and on feedback and collaboration across the company. It is one of the most positive work environments I've ever experienced.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We use Bonusly, which enables us to give each other $$ as recognition - it really helps to keep the positive feedback flowing! I also love the monthly expense card that we get for coffee, snacks, or anything else that helps us do our best work.
