I love working at InVision and I really feel that the changes we are currently making, though difficult, will get us to a much better future state. I trust my managers completely, love the people I work with on a daily basis and am a huge advocate for the remote environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the People team seems to genuinely respect each other and works hard to keep morale high.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When they tell it to us straight vs. sugarcoating. We have a right to know what's going on with the company without having to wonder if they are making it seem better than it is.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with my managers on a daily basis. I love remote life. I love how quickly things change and processes are improved. I'm always busy which helps me feel that my work is valuable.
