What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lots of all hands meetings to share information, If updates are needed between all hands, exec team always sends clear communication out and are very open to questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find leadership to be very transparent and I think that it creates an environment where people are willing to ask questions that might be uncomfortable or share ideas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think my salary is fair and despite no bonus we get stock options. Also think leadership does a good job trying to improve based on feedback (e.g. 401k matching)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great collaboration - on my team we always have an outlet to talk through complicated ideas or issues. Since everyone is experienced it always leads to helpful advice and a good outcome.
