We need more ways to connect cross functionally and more in person meet up opportunities.

I like that our executive team has acted on the decisions they had to make from the difficult changes needed recently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with the Marketing Ops team more than my actual co-workers in BizTech. Marketing Ops is willing to do what it takes to get our campaigns completed. This comes with a set of pros and cons to working with this team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am grateful for our all hands meetings and the transparency we have within our company. I often work with vendors and the outside perspective of our company is very positive and makes me feel grateful to be a part of it.
