What makes you most happy at work?
The work is very challenging and fast paced. In typical start up fashion, I learn something new everyday and get involved in things I would not have the chance to at a larger organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture is that you can truly be yourself and there is absolute acceptance. If you get your work done and motivate the team you're rocking it. No one cares about the other silly stuff. Also, the team takes care of themselves and their families.
