I would hire into this position all over again. It was a bit like drinking from a fire hose the first few months but once everything started to slow down I can't imagine going back to an office environment.

full salary, no ye bonus tied to a metric I have no say in maintaining
What makes you most happy at work?
My direct boss has my back, my team cares about the quality of their work, I'm able to work from home
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every single employee is remote and every co-worker understands what that truly means. No one freaks out if a dog runs into camera or if a baby cries in the background
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership team (i.e. 3 levels above me and down) are crystal clear to me what our team's objectives are this year / quarter / short term. The objectives make sense to me and they are obtainable.
