I am happy with my pay however, since I started, my workload has become fuller and I have invested myself to it, perhaps a bump would be nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are highly invested in the day to day workings of the team. They maintain open communication of ongoing projects/advancements and processes to incorporate to our team. In my direct experience with Sarah, she is highly invested in the success of the team. She is always happy to mentor.
