My experience here has been chaotic, which is made worse by being a fully distributed company. As much as the team is a joy to work with, the overall organization has struggled and suffered from churn. We've struggled to get our feet under us to really move the way we need to.

Eleanor Morgan as CPO is a great addition to the leadership team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We've hired great team members across the board who balance being enjoyable to work with as well as capable and smart.
What makes you most happy at work?
My area has some clear goals to achieve and are largely unconstrained from delivering them. I also enjoy working with my team so showing up with them every day makes me happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My peers are incredibly supportive and we work together as a real team. My direct team is made up of intelligent, capable, and outcomes oriented people and are a joy to work with.
