What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to solve problems and have the autonomy to do so.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a fully distributed workforce, but the team has taken the time to set us up for success. There is a learning curve, but wouldn't change it!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a super tight team and everyone will pitch in even if it is outside of their expertise. I don't feel like I am alone on an island even though we are remote.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are really taking the time to review our 3 year strategic goals and how we are going to achieve them. I feel like we are moving in a great direction and excited to see where we go!
