Challenging new projects. We are constantly getting up to all kinds of good new trouble.

We laugh a lot and genuinely like each other. We practice candor with compassion. Our team also get's a lot done and is a leader in the field.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusivity and openness. Like many start ups, we have stumbled in the past, but we own that and have picked ourselves up and have a good path forward. We are all involved in that process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Have a vision for the company that is grounded in reality and that is really compelling - not just building the next widget, but building a platform for the digital design world. This space is going to see a huge amount of change over the next few years and InVision is well positioned to lead.
