It's been a great one. I had reservations about joining a fully remote company that have mostly evaporated. We have a lot of assets that give me high hopes for future success and our challenges all feel navigable.

Highly collaborative group with a consistent orientation toward supporting/helping colleagues
What makes you most happy at work?
Results! Work for the sake of work is not interesting but being able to tie effort to outcomes/impact is something we are getting better at and is motivating
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Individually they are high IQ + high EQ team who each places the god of the company over their own individual agendas. Collectively they are a good mix of talents and perspectives which gives me confidence that there is not a hive-mind governing decisions about the company priorities and future plan
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a bit hard to say since I joined just as the pandemic started so I think a lot of cultural norms have been impacted but overall there are a set of values that are not just marketing material but really do seem to manifest almost every day. Feels organic and authentic.
