That it's balanced! Base, variable, benefits, perks and equity are all great.

They are smart, driven, collaborative and caring - and they treat me as a whole person.

Comp package is generous. And wellness benefits/perks are beyond anything I've had at other companies (esp. startups).

Genuine care for team members as whole people, particularly with the hardships of the pandemic and world/life events.

Getting to know my colleagues better; helping customers with our new innovations; learning to be a better and more inclusive collaborator.

Transparency, demonstrating and supporting core values in every day actions, commitment to DEI, sharpened product strategy. Our new CPO is particularly amazing - she instills trust every time she speaks and is clearly committed to customer experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues are highly competent in their craft, take accountability/ownership of actions and outcomes, bring energy to the work we do together, are generally collaborative and operate with very high integrity. I trust them to get my and each other's backs when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Values are real in the way people show up and not just words on a slide. People are humble, take ownership, give to the community and are empathetic to customers. Our DEI commitments are real, and I have learned so much from this team in a very short time.
