The company has gone through a very painful transition over the last few years. Through that, I and the team have had to dive into very hard challenges both tactical and strategic. Doing so has made us much better at what we do and more bonded in my experience.

It's a company of introspection and iteration. We review how we are doing consistently and consistently make efforts to improve.

While every leadership team takes missteps and needs to change direction, they are unafraid of iterating, changing, and working ot improve

They are extremely thoughtful, talented, and are trying to do best by the humans involved either for customers or other co-workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of trust and autonomy. We all agree on how we will go about hitting our goals and we let each other get to work.
