What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People truly aspire for candor with compassion. What you accomplish and how you accomplish it are equally weighted evaluations of performance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great US salary in the EU, which generally has lower salaries than the US. Unlimited vacation policy is respected, even with my country's high number of days compared to the US.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Genuinely humble and receptive to feedback. They do much to create an inclusive environment, to have a safe space to ask tough questions, and to make sure everyone feels comfortable to suggest ways we can work better together.
