Most everyone in the organization is willing to take time from their day to help and peer and work on making things better for everyone
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team here are strong communicators that place an emphasis on transparency and trust, which makes it easy to lean into the goals we strive towards
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In a 100% remote work setting, there is a lot of trust and space for flexibility where each employee can focus on being accountable for themselves, which is refreshing
