Everything, we push each other everyday and are always striving to be better individually, as a team, and toward a greater company vision.

All of it, the freedom, autonomy and most important knowing that my ideas are heard, appreciate, and I can do something about them if I want to make a change
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of it honestly, I've been in tech and SaaS for years as a whole and this is by far the best benefit package I've ever seen and benefits that truly matter and aren't just "fluff"
