What makes you most happy at work?
Collaborating with my coworkers to figure out an issue or dive deeper into a topic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Maternity leave. I never realized how fortunate I was to have fully paid maternity leave until I started talking to my friends who work elsewhere. This coupled with unlimited PTO and the emphasis on the person and family is really important.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They honestly empathize with the employees. They believe in direct communication about company direction and goals. I feel listened to as an employee. Also their involvement in the day to day. The CEO will post on people slack messages. Its a great place to work for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How kind & considerate everyone is. I found out I was pregnant shortly after starting here & happen to work on a small all male team. The amount of support & understanding I received has been unparalleled. Always concern for my well being over my productivity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Thee diversity and inclusion is employee driven. People are all honestly interested in becoming better people who are more aware of issues that don't necessarily directly impact them on a daily basis. I feel like working here I am becoming a better professional but also a better person.
