What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package treats us like whole human beings, offering support to continue learning, to take care of our mental health, and support good work/life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's truly a culture of growth, personal, professional, and as a company. We don't shy away from the tough things, and we do them all with empathy and care.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every person ive cone in contact with, whether through Slack or via Zoom has been incredibly helpful, supportive and collaborative. There is a great balance of brain and heart here.
What makes you most happy at work?
My relationships with the team are amazing, and though I do one job, I feel like every day is a surprise, and brings a new challenge, which keeps it exciting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The current leadership lineup is one of the mist talented, authentic, and humble teams ive had thr honor to work with. They inspire me every day with their heart for people and the business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a wonderful balance of high expectations for achievement and care for our people. Its a safe environment for learning and creativity, and I can bring my whole self here and feel honored.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When I started at InV, we were a larger company, and the benefits were great THEN. Now, we are smaller and my benefits are the same. I feel incredibly lucky to have the benefits and perks that I do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team has been through many iterations of InVision, and they continue to be committed and collaborative. I have never come across somebody at InV that wasn't helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to do whatever it takes to succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our current leadership team is a highly resilient, transparent, and driven group of people that truly seem to want what's best for their people AND the company. They are leading the way in solving some TOUGH problems and doing it with urgency and care.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I can have the flexibility to structure my work life and my personal life in ways that work for me. I love the people I work with, and being able to support them daily, and recieve support from them as well. I love the conplex situations that I am part of solving, and I love our product!
