I've been working at InVision for a few years now. While the company has its work cut out for it in an increasingly competitive market, customer challenges are at the rise too and I've enjoyed working to help our customers every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Love meeting our customers and building products to help solve their problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team is effectively navigating a complex product landscape by balancing building towards a long-term product vision while delivering on short-term opportunities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues all share a passion to the product, and solving customer needs. There are no big egos. They have a personal growth mindset and are listening to feedback as they hone in their craft.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
InVision is built as a remote work company. This goes deep in its culture. It has the support framework to collaborate effectively and meaningfully while being away from co-workers. This includes fun slack channels like #invision-pets, an annual IRL, and bonus.ly budget to reward colleagues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a small thing but I love the monthly "Treat yourself" allowance that we can spend to make our remote life better. I also love the the monthly bonus.ly budget we get to reward our colleagues to complement a "thank you" note.
