Open Leadership. Open to questions and suggestions The leadership and managers care about their employees Very intentional about prioritizing across departments to work on most value added items Knowledgeable Managers who set you up for great success
They actively create an exciting and healthy culture, and are extremely transparent.

Stop the micromanage style and let the workers make decisions without overriding them

They make payroll every time even if it only once a month

Great boss, we make intentional effort to connect as a team. Good collaboration and chemistry with each other.

What makes you most happy at work?
the work I get to do. My manager is very open to finding out what I enjoy doing and caters my role to that under the umbrella of our business needs.
Great team effort with a positive approach to moving the company forward.
The team is highly motivated and we're doing work that matters: stopping the bad guys
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Do some process work and give more decisions to the team especially stop thinking the executive has all the answers
