What do you like best about the leadership team?
Employee centric and positive mindset
Open and transparent, care about employees and customers.
Team is trying to improve the company and to foster continuing growth
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Double standard of everyone at the C level is working remotely while the actual workers who are unfortunate enough to live within a 1 hour drive of the office must come in at least twice a week.

the base pay is satisfactory and meets my expectations
Good pay with a fair bonus program that is objective.

I have 25+ years in industry and deserve to be paid more

Just great people that are always willing to help each other.
Teammates are committed and fun to work with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to not make as many mistakes
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open door policy, always improving / can do environment. Great purpose.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

all the interviews were conversational, thoughtful and well timed
Multiple people evaluate candidates (although this can drag out process unnecessarily).
I liked the way they made be comfortable

Seeing the people I work with.
Being left alone and not bothered by some looking over my shoulder
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Turnover is way too high due to not having competitive pay.
