I have 25+ years in industry and deserve to be paid more

Just great people that are always willing to help each other.
Teammates are committed and fun to work with.

Coworkers need to not make as many mistakes
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open door policy, always improving / can do environment. Great purpose.

all the interviews were conversational, thoughtful and well timed
Multiple people evaluate candidates (although this can drag out process unnecessarily).
I liked the way they made be comfortable

Seeing the people I work with.
Being left alone and not bothered by some looking over my shoulder
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Turnover is way too high due to not having competitive pay.
