Drastically underpays anyone below C level by at least 20% at each level, if not more. This place is run like an insurance agency and not a tech company. Terrible mindset from leadership.

My overall experience has been very positive. Sometimes customers can be challenging but we provide a lot of value and are making a difference in the industry.
