Open Door Policy! It makes them feel like real people and less intimating. And they all really abide but this policy.

What are some of the best things about your team?
HR spend days and nights to post fake positive reviews on glassdoor so it's always a 4+ star company
There is camaraderie among the teammates and it's what keep us going.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
On Fridays they give free bagels!
Better mood = better performance! I love the company I work for and the people I've met through being here. It's never boring and it's always challenging. And I'm constantly inspired by the people I work with.

a very broad range of questions

working with good engineers and seeing a very diverse population.
