I feel undervalued simply because my compensation at iRobot reached the "cap" of my title, then I quit, then my compensation got doubled in another company in the same area.
My manager and director's limited skillset really surprised me.
Being undervalued is an understatement! They treat you like robots not considering that human beings have a life, family, etc.
Pay is low. NO equity. They "really" appreciated my team's good work for a year and gave every person $250 gift card. lol.
HR spend days and nights to post fake positive reviews on glassdoor so it's always a 4+ star company

Cut off work avoidance thinking and face the hard cold truth so there is a chance to improve. Sugarcoating problems and improving non-essential aspects of the work experience don't help.

Now in 2022 the company has lost all its first-mover advantage. The only valuable thing left is customer data and brand value. Some more old white dudes from traditional companies are hired to lead the team and they only bring toxic cultures - Glassdoor has a detailed review about this.
this company will just be another Bose. It will keep losing its competitive advantage. Nothing can save it from happening.
