What are some of the best things about your team?HR spend days and nights to post fake positive reviews on glassdoor so it's always a 4+ star company
What did you like most about the interview process?a very broad range of questions
What makes you most happy at work?working with good engineers and seeing a very diverse population.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? Now in 2022 the company has lost all its first-mover advantage. The only valuable thing left is customer data and brand value. Some more old white dudes from traditional companies are hired to lead the team and they only bring toxic cultures - Glassdoor has a detailed review about this.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Cut off work avoidance thinking and face the hard cold truth so there is a chance to improve. Sugarcoating problems and improving non-essential aspects of the work experience don't help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalued simply because my compensation at iRobot reached the "cap" of my title, then I quit, then my compensation got doubled in another company in the same area.
