The CEO lacks credibility and struggles to be a good leader that people want to follow. The only way this company has any chance is a change in the bad leadership from the top down.
No amount of compensation would be worth the stress
Too focused on appearances, not enough on product quality and consumer value.
They hire and fire whole teams and even departments. I was there a year and saw several teams get axed for "restructuring". The CEO had a bad reputation within the company for being a bully and the entire organization is run like a multi level marketing competition. In-fighting abounds.
