The CEO lacks credibility and struggles to be a good leader that people want to follow. The only way this company has any chance is a change in the bad leadership from the top down.

Too focused on appearances, not enough on product quality and consumer value.

They hire and fire whole teams and even departments. I was there a year and saw several teams get axed for "restructuring". The CEO had a bad reputation within the company for being a bully and the entire organization is run like a multi level marketing competition. In-fighting abounds.

They are open to feedback.

Some are OK, but generally too political.

Leadership came from the multilevel marketing world so it's hard to see the competitive, anti-collaborative approach changing.

The salary and benefits were great.

It is based upon performance.

No amount of compensation would be worth the stress

They are more than willing to collaborate and share information.

There needs to be a completely cultural shift.

High integrity company with no compromise products.

executive leadership needs to change.

Do away with in fighting and worrying about who might take your place.

The interview was casual and the questions were real.

Making a difference in someones health.

Lack of good leadership at the top, change needs to Be embraced from the top so others will follow.

Stop hiring smart people and then telling them to do dumb things. Maybe you would be gin to build a culture.
