Treating their employees like ACTUAL PEOPLE, not line-items on a balance sheet.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am very satisfied with everything. And believe that everything is fair !
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is WAY below local acceptable minimums and does not factor in current cost of living.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all friendly and happy and are so fun to be around!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything pretty much. We love the customers who come in and everything is paced just right and there are very rarely any complaints!
