What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are so many benefits to go through when you first start its almost overwhelming. There is a pension type plan on top of the already great 401k match. I got a pay raise for paying less pocket for medical and pay nothing for dental. The benefits package is a huge plus to working at ITC.

It keeps coverage cheap. I'm spending less on doctors' visits and prescriptions now than I did before.

The best part about the compensation package is still having access to a pension, but more importantly the bonus structure. The LTIP and the annual bonus from start are great.

That in total we're paid in the 65th percentile. The annual bonus, LTIP, Cash Balance Pension, and 401k match, considered together make for a compelling package.

I love the ability to earn bonuses every year, and having everyone locked in on that goal. Additionally, all of my concerns are covered by our benefits package. Both my mental and physical health are considered, and considered well. We have so many perks offered to us that you can't access them all!
