The leadership team at ITC seems to be more transparent and easy going than what I was used to at other employers. My direct manager really invests in her team to a great degree and I've felt more supported in my role here than any other position in my 12 years in utilities.

I appreciate the trust that they put in us, and the fact that they don't feel the need to hover over us while we do our daily tasks. They're also pretty clear about expectations, and tend to be pretty easy to speak with.

The emphasis on people, and culture. They take alot of time investing time with that matter and ensuring everybody has an opportunity to express themselves and perfom best.

My leadership team wants to know all about me as a person and wants to make sure I have the tools I need to succeed. My leaders are genuine and concise about what is best for me and for this company. My leadership leads by example and they do a great job at it.
