What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have a very supportive clinical director but the regional director is all about making more and more money and micromanaging clinicians.
They are accessible and easy to talk to

I get basic benefits and matching 401k

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The CEO makes six figures so paid team bonding instead of "professional development" and higher wages for everyone under him
Pay the PTs more. The executive teams makes enough to pay staff PTs more
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very supportive and collaborative with each other along with being knowledgeable to help with all of our patients.
They are carring they are to the patients provide quality therapy
My immediate clinical team cares a lot and works hard to do right by their patients
