when you use IXL, at around 99 score if you make one mistake your back down at 80. Incredibly hard punishing system. and when you spend 5 hours of your life tediously working on one of these subjects, the only thing they reward you is a picture of some dude rowing a boat down the amazon river. wtf

I feel isolated and beaten down working here. I know the CEO and COO are making bank on the backs of teachers and the hardworking people that aren't upper management. I feel betrayed by HR and feel like I confided in the wrong people. Don't trust ANYONE in the NC office. I made this mistake.
