What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Including all people everywhere all the time and stopping the barking.

Being told that I am an incredible human being all the time.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We could get bouncy chairs so we could be more comfy while we are doing our programming. Also, the company picnic stinks.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I was interviewed by entire committee so I could clean up code - totally unnecessary. It was exhausting and unnecessarily stressful. They come across as being so relaxed and yet my interview was too chaotic and crazy. I don't need anymore coffee, thank you!
