IZEA Appoints Digital Leader Patrick Venetucci as Chief Executive Officer
I am overall very pleased to be part of this organization. Being relatively new, I have had a chance to connect with co-workers in-person and feel that we can always be connected via Slack. I'm impressed with the company culture and the need to get things done throughly & with a lot of support.

IZEA has an excellent executive team who is clear about their goals and objectives. They share this with the entire organization so all are on the same page. Managers are excellent here! I love the people I work with.

Everyone is super helpful. I never feel like I am alone in the job that I am doing.

Caring, mindful, energetic, welcoming, fun, inclusive, and rewarding. The whole onboarding process was truly representative of their values.

We meet weekly to go over any team updates and I like knowing that I can reach out to anyone via Slack.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company was very mindful when considering the needs of their employees; therefore, I am very happy with the medical, RSU, and smarty pants fund. I also love that they are considerate with the PTO. Thank you!
