The vibes. Most seem to have great can do attitudes which is infectious

The base pay is decent but being able to have a work from home flexible schedule is unmatched

One of the best things about my team is the ability to share and grow in our knowledge
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The thing I like most about leadership at IZEA is the communication, in less than two weeks I was able to have a face to face with our CEO and have casual conversation about our interests and where we see things going
