Doing UNITE makes us all feel connected and feel like we have a personal bound with one another!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they motivate us and keep all of us on track. It is very important to have them lead our team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how everyone is so helpful and willing to collaborate on all campaigns. Truly feel like we have the best work place!
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is being able to work on fun campaigns and projects with my co-workers. My co-workers are what makes my day to day at IZEA so much fun!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love my job! It's just with inflation, my salary isn't reflecting it. It's a bit harder to make ends meet. I also have my college degree so it feels a little underwhelming to have such a low salary. As for the company itself, I wouldn't change anything about IZEA, it feels like home!! (:
