Been with IZEA for 2 1/2 months. So far so good. Everyone is friendly. Anyone on my team is willing to help. They encourage work/life balance. THey encourage learning and taking time to do training. They want to make their employees happy and try to mix in fun things to make it enjoyable.

Been at IZEA for a year. Everyone is enthusiastic, they care and if you make mistakes you're not going to get yelled at, you learn from them and move on.

People love the company. Everyone is friendly.

I feel like they are approachable and willing to talk any time you reach out.

Something new every day. Opportunity to learn and grow. I have good support from my manager and my team.

They enjoy being here too, all professional and hard working but like to laugh and have a good time too.

All the things they do to keep you involved and make it fun--company wide meet up, remote brain breaks, get well program, fun committee
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great interaction with team, they care about us, if something is brought to there attention that someone doesn't agree with they listen and are willing to change policy to benefit the greater good. Very personable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along even though we are all remote. The first time we met it was like we already knew each other. We talk to each other and get to see each other enough online so we have familiarity.
