What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We actively work towards having a diverse team and celebrate what makes us each unique. We have a "fun committee" and a director of culture who work to ensure our culture stays positive and fun, including by hosting events that promote teamwork and inclusivity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has a positive attitude about what we're doing and truly cares about doing a good job and contributing to the success of the team. You can always count on a coworker to be there as a sounding board or a helping hand when needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexibility with work hours. If I have something personal to take care of I can just put it on my calendar and be out during that time without it being an issue and without using my PTO hours, even if it's in the middle of the workday.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the work that I do, and appreciate that my boss considers what I would prefer to work on when determining assignments. We all work on the tasks we excel at and we also cross train with our coworkers to expand our knowledge and skills, so we can swap tasks if we find something we like more.
