We are a small but mighty team. Everyone is super bright and a joy to work with.

They truly care for the team like family. At Christmas time, the CEO offered to PERSONALLY help employees get home to their families if they needed it.

Our team is rock solid. Each member contributes equally to the team. Everyone works well together and does what they can to help others in time of need.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
IZEA offers great benefits! The company offers a very generous PPL (paid parental leave) program, and grants matrimony leave upon marriage. I have not seen programs like this with other employers.

Our corporate culture starts at the top. Our leadership team sets the example and fosters a fun and high-performing culture. Our employees feel appreciated and the leadership team does a great job recognizing individual and team/group achievements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate our organizational culture, where everyone plays a crucial role, with each individual's contributions being equally significant. Whether it's the finance team, engineers, sales professionals, or client services, we all collaborate harmoniously to create outstanding campaigns!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I have autonomy over how my workday is structured and the pace at which my work is completed. Having autonomy allows me to manage my own time and add a little variety to each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team is diverse and everyone I have worked with has been extremely helpful...and competent. The talent runs deep at IZEA. The leadership team is genuinely concerned for the teams wellbeing and it is evident in the programs and events offered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I absolutely love our team! We communicate well with each other, and all make a concerted effort to use email, Slack, weekly meetings, and in-person gatherings to foster effective communication. We have great leadership! They lead by example and are all trusted and respected.
