The people at the company are really what makes it worth working and sticking around for. The team is positive, motivated, and always eager to welcome new members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone on the team is positive and willing to work with you and be your friend. From what I know about other workplaces, I don't know of a single other one where your team truly feels like family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
IZEA is currently in a stage of tremendous growth, however there is the tendency from our past days of struggling to be extremely conservative with pay, and often claims Orlando's "Cost of Living" to justify being lower. Times are changing, and IZEA's payment structure must do so as well.
