Everyone is kind and welcoming, with a people-first mentality
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is hard working and willing to help eachother out. People are very kind and open. When I first started, I always felt supported and welcome by my team members
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am senior seller that at times has responsibilities of a junior-level salesperson. From my understanding, for a position in this industry the average compensation for someone who is a senior seller offers between $110K and $120K.
