The PTO days are great, but they give every employee money each year to help develop you and your career
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Working at IZEA the leadership set, defines and shares out the goals of the company and each department. It is great working for a leadership team that outlines expectations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive thing about the culture here is that leadership actually puts time and energy into building and keeping a good culture. Even after going remote culture continues to a primary focus
