There is a lack of leaderhsip anomgest the management staff. constant degradingnod staff members and comolaining avoit heloing even though they tefuse to hire for the server assistant position that helps support the serving and bar staff. Meanwhile we are still required to pay tipshare.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The kitchen staff, the food and getting to know the regulars and the new faces that come in all over again every day.
