Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bartending is supposed yo be a promotion except when having to worm service well we are making margenly less then a normal shift or floor shift. great employees are taken forgranted and reminded they are replaceable. Pay raise in service well. Make cuts from floor to match the volume of guest.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working and dedicated to their job and the customer experience

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The kitchen staff, the food and getting to know the regulars and the new faces that come in all over again every day.
