What is the best part about your compensation package?

Excellent benefits and good entry level pay.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Facilities are modern and up-to-date.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I met with HR, potential co-worker, direct manager and senior manager.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There is a clear divide between departments. Not much appreciation for what other department responsibilities are. Poor cross-functional communication.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership is present in spirit, but not face-to-face. There are so many employees and levels of departmental managers that it is difficult to keep track. There is a clear divide between corporate and plant.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

In a company so large, there is little accentuation on the individual and their contributions to the company. Many days it feels like you are helping check the boxes off of someone else's "to do" list with no real impact yourself.
