With more than thirty years in the staffing industry, Tim has had many opportunities to see the impact of effective leadership and how it drives the culture and profitability of an organization. Several of his teams have been recognized as industry leaders.

Prior to joining the Jackson Healthcare family in 2019, he served as president of Medical Doctor Associates, part of Cross Country Healthcare. He’s also held leadership roles in the industry with RCG Global Services and IMI Systems.

Tim attended the United States Air Force Academy and is a graduate of Culver-Stockton College.
