Management needs to stop giving promotions, higher bonus or raises to employees they feel are loyal to their personal agenda
Be clear on expectiations amd have clear responsibilities. Supervisors need to be properly trained on being Supervisors, must at least have business or management experience and degrees
Listen and understand the problems within the company. So much talent is pushed out or silenced. Management prevents at all means to silence people because of fear of being perceived as inferior, incapable or unqualified.
