Leadership team needs to be more in-tune with reality and what the employees actually need; development, career paths and transparency about the future state of the organization.

WORKERS COULD IMPROVE EVERY THING . MANGEMENT AND ENGINEERS WILL NOT LISTEN TO WORKERS
Management needs to stop giving promotions, higher bonus or raises to employees they feel are loyal to their personal agenda
No work life balance and lack of governance leads to exploitation and low morale
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Manority are unhappy so it makes it harder to be happy
Reduce the "not my job" mentality and actually help in training the new hires.
Clear roles and responsibilities- we all have different goals
Believe that they work for the company and not protecting their job to survive though politics and bad mouthing
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change starts at the top
Accountability and colloboration engagement nana
The company needs to treat its people as human beings rather than physical assets to be exploited and then disposed off. Stop firing experienced older team members.
So many things to mention
Change out all the top leadership and bring in people who know how to lead
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be clear on expectiations amd have clear responsibilities. Supervisors need to be properly trained on being Supervisors, must at least have business or management experience and degrees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sadly the turnover continues and it is hard for tenured employees to remain relevant no matter how educated and knowledgeable they are. New leaders bring in their previous employees or peers and remove the tenured employees who could actually be leveraged to make a true impact that is sustainable.
Bring better management to R&D
They buy bc they have no other options based on their market or the sales team has done a good job. Not bc of anything else
