The company itself is great to work for/with, however when it comez to dispatch offices the experience wifh manageis often extremely negative and causes alot of employees leave the company. I knkw my yard has an extrehigh turnover rate for drivers coming in and leaving almost immediately.

We have a pretty good healrh benefits package comparatively

They need to start over with new driver management/dispatch
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Dispatchers need to actually focus on dispatching, and making an effort to keep the drivers moving, because that is how drivers get paid is by mile and by load
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Kinda feels like jb hunt just needs to wipe the slate clean when it comes to management in the dispatch offices and start fresh or just do away with the company side all together
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no real incentive for drivers to stay with jb hunt once there because the pay isnt as good as it could be due to how drivers are ran, if they laid market rate, or justdid better driver management there would be higher incentive to deal with the negative workspace
