The team as a whole is very solid but lacks direction and leadership to help everyone understand expectations of their role
Protecting them from the bad things that jb hunt does. They make it worth it. They are good people who deserve fair and honest safe work. It is not that place.
The diversity of team members
Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, funny, always willing to help each other out
My team provides analytical reporting to other teams. We value open feedback and teamwork. We also look for ways to do teambuilding throughout the year so that we continue to get to know each other better.
We are family some of us have a close bond i enjoy being here this is home for me
they are there to help
Everyone is easy to work with
Team dispatch is good very polite positive attitude stay to code

There are just too many aspects of the question to get into all the detail we all try to strive for customer satisfaction and standard operation procedures without any liabilities
Their willingness to jump in and help you, make you feel part of the team, and to let you know your presence is just as important as the Director to accomplish the mission at hand.
Review from Operations Dept
We all love helping each other out.
We work great together with one of the greatest night supervisor a company could have.
Young, focused, fun, knowledgeable and dedicated.
How people are willing to help when you get slammed.
They listen when they want to for the most part understand and seem to listen to the drivers suggestions
we are all hard working truck drivers
Review from Operations Dept
Very young and eager to help out.
Review from Operations Dept
Were a family everyone is caring and helps each other out
Review from Operations Dept
Management needs to support team communication between departments.
My fellow drivers are fine but the office staff needs to start doing full turn ride alongs and understand the drivers know more then they do, particularly when they have only been their a couple years. Getting told what is safe by someone who has never driven a truck is a "no".
Work together and help each other and when you bring your tractor back keep it full of fuel or death don't leave it in a quarter of a tank and then the first thing when you get in it you got to find a truck stop to fill it up and to keep their inside of the truck clean I
Dispatchers need to actually focus on dispatching, and making an effort to keep the drivers moving, because that is how drivers get paid is by mile and by load
Coworkers were great but higher management unfairly promotes from didferent accounts
Do a quality work and safety first
Nothing really they are always on task
